MITSUBISHI LAUNCH NEW SERVICE MAINTENANCE SYSTEM DURING FIRST EUROPEAN SERVICE MEETING AT NEW UK HEADQUARTERS

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Europe Ltd, Printing Press Division held their first European Service meeting at their Leeds headquarters on the 2nd Sept 2010 confirming once again their commitment to existing Mitsubishi customers throughout Europe.

This event was the first opportunity for all the Mitsubishi distributors to meet since the establishment on the 1st of July 2010 of the new company, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Printing & Packaging Machinery, Ltd. (MHI-P&PM) and gave Shoji Murota, General Manager of the new Service Division, the opportunity to personally explain Mitsubishi’s future plans for advancements in both spares distribution and service support.

This event also marked the introduction of the NEW PaQ(Productivity and Quality) maintenance system which will give real time information on production activity and once fitted to a customer’s press will allow Mitsubishi to advise the customer on how to improve production, maintenance, press condition and operator skill levels.

The day was a great success and all the European distributors agreed that Mitsubishi continue to offer their customers the best spares & service support and with their latest innovations, an investment in Mitsubishi is an investment in the success of your company’s future.
